Equipment Replacement
Many Imaging Centers often find themselves in the position of replacing their current equipment for more technology advanced products for a variety of reasons. The critical success factor in equipment replacement is limiting "Down Time". We have performed numerous procedures we like to call "Pull & Replacements" and realize that turn-around time is crucial. We pride ourselves on completing this task under time critical restraints without adversely impacting daily operations and revenue.
- Coordinate any changes with design and Program Management team
- Determine final equipment list
- Coordinate with Hospital’s (or Healthcare Facility’s) Purchasing Department for the “best process” of creating draft purchase orders
- Manage the bidding process on key equipment and provide analysis of bids to the Owner
- Prepare Draft Purchase Orders for use by Owner’s Purchasing Department
- Coordinate expediting to meet project Delivery Schedule
- Coordinate receiving and delivery practices with contracted warehouse
- Coordinate with vendors on installation & training.
